SCS IPMFC has developed the technology for hot stamping that is used to fuse the sun visor caution label with the PVC skin for sun visor manufacturing. With multiple stations and each having their individual checking stations, the group fabricate and laminate sun visor skin with label majorly for export car models.
SCS IPMFC has various high frequency welding capabilities to manufacture pocket sealed and jebra formed sealings for speakers and cable management in vehicle doors. The use of Moulded LDPE sheets is for water-proofing the door and preventing any water leakage inside the wiring and electronics.
SCS IPMFC has mirror cutting CNC and further processing machines that are used in the production of mirrors for sun visors. With the CNC and forward processes, we ensure that the mirrors are precise to the requirements and are clean with aesthetic elements as per requirements.
Along with mirror cutting and processing, we have mirror lamination machines that are used to laminate the mirrors with anti-scattering and protection tapes. SCS IPMFC has the ability to auto laminate foam sheets of various sizes with tape or adhesive. Using this as the base, we have developed the process to manufacture tapes that are being used in rear view mirror housing and in gaskets.
